If you haven’t downloaded the NHS App yet, you can do so for free via the NHS website or your smartphone’s app store.
To get started:
Download the NHS App from the Apple App Store or Google Play
Create an NHS login and verify your identity
Go to “Prescriptions” and select J E Williamson Pharmacy as your nominated pharmacy
✅ Already registered? Make sure J E Williamson Pharmacy is your nominated pharmacy to ensure smooth prescription fulfilment.
Once your prescription is approved, you can collect it in-store at your convenience—or, if you’re eligible, we can arrange free home delivery. Just speak to a member of our team to confirm your delivery eligibility.

We also dispense private prescriptions. If you’ve been issued a private prescription or are looking to access private treatments, you can sign up to our secure in-house prescription tool to request and manage your orders directly with us.
Once set up, your prescriptions will be sent directly to us for preparation and collection or delivery.
